Some of my friends always ask me the technique on how to improve skills in playing Futsal. I decided to write this article so if there are anyone wish to know about it just looking at this place.. Remember these may not work for everybody but it may give you some ideas as to what will work for you.
1. Play with the Your Friends.
this is personal suggestion because it has always worked for me. Since I was young whenever I had the chance...I would always playing with my friends. During free times in Campus,I spent my times just by playing Futsal in Unirow Futsal Square.
it is believed will increase mental toughness when played with our friends because there would be competition and we will do our best to win the game. our friends will do the same and thus, it will increase our toughness.
the physical toughness Increase because Our friends playing hard and they move quickly and in order to win the game, I have to compete with them then I'd have to learn how to overcome their technique, Passing and accurate Shooting, Sometimes our friends will make hard shooting that really hard to tackle.
2. Learn and practice By Yourself.
To play better Futsal, don't underestimate the importance of passing and shooting. you have to be able to shoot, passing ball and stop your friends movement. Practice it by yourself and you will be fine. no need to learn on how to be master the great techniques. just focus on how to master the basics things above.
3. get a professional to teach you.
This is not necessary if you just want to be able to play futsal but this is really important to build your skill quickly and efficient. try this if you need to master futsal in just a week.
4. Play Futsal with weaker team..
Not everybody can play futsal and this is going to be your advantages, Get a team with weaker member and playing with stronger team. you maybe lose but this will make you control the game because none of the member in your people have greater skills than you. You are the one that will be the center of attention in your team and you will decided on how your team performance against your opponent team. after you found the way to control the condition in the field, you can play against weaker opponent.
5. Train your body.
use gyms or alternatively train yourself by running in the morning and night. why night? because your body will be able to overcome the problem when you have to play futsal in the night. don't forget to work out because it will help you regain you glorious moment. the more you work out, the better it will be. google is your friend that will help bringing you the technique on how to workout and train the body.
